Kaltimreport.com<\/a> \u2013 Pemerintah pusat meluncurkan program ambisius lewat pembentukan Koperasi Merah Putih (KMP) bagi Desa\/Kelurahan se Indonesia dengan suntikan dana awal sebesar Rp3 miliar untuk setiap unit koperasi. Dana tersebut bersumber dari pinjaman perbankan nasional di bawah Himpunan Bank Milik Negara (Himbara), dan wajib dikembalikan dalam tempo enam tahun melalui skema cicilan.<\/p>\n

Dengan adanya program ini diharapkan menjadi lokomotif penggerak ekonomi desa\/kelurahan di seluruh Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Menanggapi hal itu, Wakil Ketua Komisi II Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kalimantan Timur (Kaltim), Sapto Setyo Pramono, mengingatkan bahwa besarnya nilai dana harus dibarengi dengan kesiapan koperasi secara menyeluruh, agar tidak justru menimbulkan masalah baru.<\/p>\n

\u201cJangan sampai koperasi ini hanya jadi beban. Legalitas, core bisnis, dan kapasitas SDM harus jelas sejak awal. Ini bukan hibah, ini pinjaman. Salah kelola, bisa repot sendiri,\u201d ujar Sapto.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, Sapto juga menyinggung pengalaman masa lalu soal Dana Desa senilai Rp1 miliar yang pernah menuai masalah karena pengelolaannya tidak matang. Menurutnya, risiko yang dihadapi koperasi Merah Putih bisa lebih besar karena nilainya mencapai tiga kali lipat.<\/p>\n
