Tanpa dukungan insentif, beban kerja mereka menjadi tidak manusiawi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIni tidak ada hubungannya dengan inefisiensi. Ini tentang aspek kemanusiaannya. Mereka bekerja keras, tapi tidak ada perhatian dari sisi kesejahteraan,\u201d ujar Anggota Komisi IV DPRD Kaltim Darlis Pattalongi, saat diwawancara.<\/p>\n<p>Darlis menilai bahwa meski nilainya mungkin tidak setara dengan insentif pengawas di sekolah umum, memberikan insentif tetap menjadi bentuk apresiasi dan dukungan moral bagi pengawas Kemenag.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWalaupun tidak sebesar pengawas di bawah Dinas Pendidikan, yang penting ada bentuk perhatian.
